We need help in 2 areas – a book-keeper and general help at and after services – please do read the below and see if you think you may be able to help.
Dear Nibley Community, Many of you tell us how important it is for you to have a parish church and to know services continue to happen every week plus all the lovely weddings and baptisms.
We have just had our annual meeting and elected new members to our church council. The heart of the church continues to beat.
We are looking for folk who are willing to help out on an occasional basis.
Would you be interested in joining a team of people to help meet and greet and serve refreshments. Many hands make light work!!! We currently have just a small number of helpers and your support would be really appreciated.
Please contact Rev Lesley. vicar@tyndalebeneifice.co.uk
We are also looking for a book-keeper to keep our accounts and deal with day to day finances. It would be great, but not essential, if the role could gradually expand to that of treasurer. The main addition is in preparing the annual financial report and statements as well as interim updates for PCC meetings.
