Our Easter Sunrise Service – 5th April 2026

In the early hours on the 5th of April, we gathered on Nibley Knoll for the Sunrise service.

This year was particularly special because four of our young people lit torches. Two of them, Lydia and Joseph, shared these thoughts on the experience.

“The fire symbolised new life and reminded us of the resurrection of Jesus. The flames gave off a flickering light and created a sense of awe in front of the gradually lightening sky. Even though they were difficult to light!”
